We are working with Bpost for our deliveries in Belgium and Europe. Please keep in mind that due to the current lockdown measures, there could be delays in delivery times. From our side, all operations are in line with strict standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness as recommended by the latest governmental guidelines. The health and safety of our team and our customers is our priority. Stay safe!
Orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 will be shipped the same day
Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday
Bpost does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday and holidays

If you have any questions regarding international shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us. Shipping cost of international orders will be determined by your region and the weight of your order.
For deliveries outside the European Union, you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Boucle d'Or will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. Also, please note that if your item is held for custom clearance procedures, there may be delays beyond original delivery estimates.
If you want to return your item, send us an email requesting your return and take your parcel to the nearest post office or collect point, and send it back to Boucle d'Or within 14 days of delivery. Returns are sent at your own expense. Of course, you can bring your item back to our store as well. Always welcome. We are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. Once your return reaches us, and it is in accordance with the below mentioned conditions, we’ll arrange for a refund or exchange within 10 calendar days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order.
The product(s) you wish to return must satisfy the following conditions:
It must be in new condition.
It must include the original price tag and/or brand label.
It must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
It must be complete
It must be packaged in a solid and clean box so that we receive the product in an undamaged condition.
Every article will be thoroughly inspected before shipping it out to you but if you received a damaged article, please contact us as soon as possible per email.
Any product which is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packing is deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.
